Koeppel Direct Hires Loren Wayne as Vice President

DALLAS, TX -- August 3, 2004 -- Loren Wayne has been appointed Vice President
Business Development at Koeppel Direct, a direct response media buying agency specializing in both
short form and long form infomercial television buying with offices in Dallas, Chicago and Florida.
Mr. Wayne will be responsible for new business development.
"Over the years, Loren has created a powerful track record of sales achievement in our industry," said
Peter Koeppel, president of Koeppel Direct. "His broad and deep experience in the direct response
TV marketplace and his understanding of the markets, the marketers, teleservices and fulfillment

someone with a high level of expertise and professionalism to be our sales leader."
Mr. Wayne has more than 20 years of progressive sales/marketing and management experience. He has held
prominent sales positions at prestigious national direct response companies including: national
accounts executive at LiveOps, Inc. in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida, a teleservices provider using
home-based agents to answer calls for direct response marketers; vice president of strategic
alliances & government accounts at Netbytel, Inc., in Boca Raton, Florida, where he was responsible
for direct sales activities for Automated Speech Recognition to marketers and enterprise call
centers; and others in his distinguished career.
